With 20+ years as a nonprofit senior executive, including COO, Executive Director, and geographic VP roles, I consult with organizations that need more than a framework. They need a thought partner who has actually run things at scale nationally, regionally and locally with teams ranging from 8 to 400.

My leadership roles in large and mid-size organizations have included accountability for: strategic planning, operational and program assessment, turnarounds, interim leadership, and team culture with a particular focus on organizations managing complexity and change.
